Mental health struggles don't take days off. The stress of parenting, financial pressure, grief, burnout, loneliness — these are real, heavy things. Run4YourLives exists because movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to fight back.

We're not just a running tracker. We're a mental health support system that happens to track your miles. Every feature in this app was designed with one question in mind: does this help someone who is struggling feel more capable and less alone?

We believe that a person dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, or burnout should never have to pay to access tools that help them feel better. Mental health support belongs to everyone.
